Faith Steps in Israel
With Noel & Lael Whitlock
March 17-27, 2026
What a wonderful month to be in Israel.
We begin this tour in Jerusalem — the area which bookends the life of Jesus Christ. We will visit Bethlehem and Shepherd's Field remembering the birth of Jesus. We'll walk through the city of Jerusalem where He spent His final days. We will stand on the Mount of Olives from which He ascended into heaven and proclaim Him King of kings and Lord of lords.
Jericho, Ein Gedi, and Masada are on our agenda as we leave the Jerusalem area. We enjoy a night by the Dead Sea.
It is in the Galilee area where Jesus spent the majority of His public ministry. It is amazing to stand in the synagogue in Capernaum which was built upon an earlier foundation — probably from the time of Jesus. We'll see the first century boat at nof Gonosar, view the site where Jereboam built an altar at Dan, and have a devotional at Caesarea Philippi where Peter confessed Jesus as the Christ.
On the day we head back to Tel Aviv for our flight home, we stop in Jesus' hometown of Nazareth, reflect on Elijah's experience on Mount Carmel, and learn about more biblical history that took place in Caesarea Maritima.
